OurCharter exists because volunteer-run organizations deserve software that takes their governance as seriously as they do. Clubs, associations, and nonprofits don’t just collect dues and schedule events — they hold elections, keep minutes, follow bylaws, and answer to their members. Most tools treat that as an afterthought. We built the product around it.
We’re an independent, founder-run product — no private-equity roll-up, no lock-in to our payment processor, no per-contact pricing games. Organizations connect their own Stripe account and their money goes to them.
